DKZ.2R@ Statusveranstaltung der Datenkompetenzzentren in Deutschland

September was full of events for the DKZ.2R. Among other things we visited the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research in Berlin for a two-day workshop from September 19th to September 20th. Among the participants were representatives of all eleven data literacy centers in Germany, representatives of initiatives to support junior researchers, as well as representatives for research data management projects at Universities of applied science. We discussed a variety of topics including the use of AI in research, networking between the NFDI’s, ongoing funding and so on. Apart from interesting the interesting insights and discussions we gained in the overall twelve different workshops and the podium discussion, we made great and hopefully long-lasting connections to other people working in data-literacy.
